An analysis has emerged that in the cryptocurrency market, a full-fledged rebound of altcoins could appear starting in the second quarter of this year. According to Cointelegraph, Swiss-based cryptocurrency bank Sygnum recently stated in a report that "Bitcoin dominance has reached the highest level in four years, and the user-centric cryptocurrency regulatory environment is rapidly being established."

Sygnum particularly sees that the digital asset reserve bill led by President Trump and the regulatory reorganization of stablecoins will be a market turning point. They judge that such policy changes will lower the entry threshold for new investors and create a trend of funds flowing into various altcoins beyond Bitcoin.

The report especially noted that "protocols that preempt market interest are likely to respond first," predicting a market reorganization centered on projects with a solid user base. As digital asset regulations are being tailored to reality, there is growing anticipation for the recovery of the altcoin market to become full-fledged in the second quarter of this year.
