BlackRock CIO "Bitcoin, Maintains Positive Trend Amid Global Uncertainty"

BlackRock ETF Chief Investment Officer (CIO) Samara Cohen appeared on the YouTube channel Empire and evaluated that Bitcoin is maintaining a positive trend despite the recent global environmental deterioration. She said, "The current market is at an important moment to see how Bitcoin's performance will unfold in the mid to long term."

Cohen explained, "Despite volatility appearing across the market due to increased supply chain instability from heightened tensions between countries, there was less capital outflow from BlackRock's Bitcoin spot ETF than expected," and "This is because both individual and institutional investors maintained their buying pressure."

Additionally, she added that "Bitcoin did not show excessive volatility despite the downtrend in the stock market and rather maintained a stable flow in a positive direction," suggesting that BlackRock is optimistic about the tokenization field.
