Summer Mersinger, a commissioner of the United States Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), hinted at the possibility of trading cryptocurrency perpetual futures within the United States. According to Bloomberg, Commissioner Mersinger recently expressed this stance through her remarks.

Perpetual futures are derivatives that can be traded continuously without an expiration date, and in the cryptocurrency market, they have established themselves as products with particularly high liquidity and trading volume.
