BlackRock, $50 Billion Virtual Asset Management Goal By 2030

The world's largest asset management company, BlackRock, is reported by Walter Bloomberg to aim to manage virtual assets worth 50 billion dollars (about 68 trillion won) by 2030. This is interpreted as BlackRock formalizing its medium- to long-term strategy to establish itself as the world's largest asset manager in the digital asset sector.

Recently, BlackRock has been accelerating its entry into the virtual asset market by launching various cryptocurrency-related products, including a Bitcoin spot ETF. As institutional investors' demand for cryptocurrencies gradually increases, BlackRock is rapidly expanding its market share in this market based on its regulatory response capability and management know-how.
