SEC, Grayscale Cryptocurrency Large Fund ETF Conversion Application Officially Received

The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has officially received Grayscale's application for the conversion of its Digital Large Cap Fund into an Exchange-traded Fund (ETF). This news was reported on the 25th (local time) through Solidintell.

The fund intended for conversion includes significant cryptocurrency assets such as Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Ripple (XRP), Solana (SOL), and Cardano (ADA) in its portfolio. Grayscale had previously announced its plan to convert its existing cryptocurrency trust products into ETFs to enhance trading transparency and liquidity.

The SEC's acceptance of this application is a separate procedure from the ETF approval, but the market interprets it as a signal of gradual incorporation into the institutional framework, expressing optimism.
