XRP, Rebound driven by regulatory clarity? “Realistic target of 3~4 dollars”

XRP is increasing the possibility of a rebound amid expectations of resolving regulatory uncertainty and a technical breakout. On June 29 (local time), Watcherguru quoted the analysis of digital asset strategist Teo Mercer, reporting that XRP could rise to 3-4 dollars in the next few months. Currently trading around the 2-dollar level, XRP has been evaluated as having accumulated rebound momentum after a period of several months of sideways movement.

Mercer paid attention to XRP's technical indicators along with the fact that the cryptocurrency regulatory environment in the United States is rapidly being organized. In particular, the passage of the stablecoin regulation represented by the 'GENIUS' law and the clarification of jurisdiction between the SEC and CFTC are explained as factors increasing the possibility of XRP's incorporation into the institutional framework. He mentioned that “something big is coming” and that XRP might break its technical resistance.

XRP has been restricted from institutional capital inflow due to regulatory risks, but as the lawsuit between Ripple and the SEC has recently been completely concluded, it is being re-evaluated as a major asset with ‘regulatory clarity’. Mercer analyzed that these changes are creating a favorable market structure for XRP, and the current price range could be a strategic entry point for long-term holders or institutional investors.

Meanwhile, some experts are presenting more aggressive outlooks. Investor Dustin Layton proposed a scenario that “XRP could rise to 52 dollars per unit” and “a profit of 50,000 dollars by the end of the year if 1,000 XRP are held,” but there is skepticism about the realism of this as it requires market capitalization to reach 3 trillion dollars.

Market experts generally see the 3-4 dollar level as a realistic medium-term goal like Mercer's analysis, and believe that if regulatory clarification and institutional entry coincide, XRP is likely to transform from a speculative asset to one based on institutional frameworks.
